Visitors Pass :
Cost of Visitors Pass is Rs 750/- for both the Two ( 2 ) Days of Conference Attendee + Exhibition Hall.

Exhibit Booths :
Cost of Exhibit Booths is Rs 6,300/- per Sq Mtr for two ( 2 ) days including Booth ( Plus GST ).
Notes :
1. All Booths are prefabricated Standard Shell type.
2. No fabricated / customised Booths allowed in the Expo area.
3. All Exhibit Booths will be set-up in the Corridor Area inside J N Tata Auditorium Complex

Cost of Sponsorships * :
Platinum : Rs 300,000/- ( One Spot Open )
Gold : Rs 200,000/- ( Two Spots Open )
Silver : Rs 100,000/- ( Four Spots Open)
* Cost of Sponsorship is separate and excludes cost of Exhibit Booths.

Discount :
15% discount on cost of Booths & Sponsorships if booking amount of 25% is paid before 31st JULY 2025.
Payment :
25% Booking amount to be paid immediately, balance 75% to be paid before 30th SEPTEMBER 2025.
